A great twist on Egyptian mythology. I liked the concept but the story was very predictable.

This book is kind of hilarious in it's own way. The set up is so perfectly templated that you can basically predict the ending one or two chapters in - and then the fun is watching everything happen like you think it's going to. As usual, Kiersten writes some engaging characters, and that's the only thing saving this story from complete mediocrity.

A unique take on the modern mythology take. A quick, breezy read with a fast plot that you won't want to put down. Funny, romantic and realistic. Loved it.

For the record, there is also an ebook edition.
