As posted by emilyswartzer (no credit to me): Suicide is an international epidemic. The only way to prevent it is The Program. You go willingly or unwillingly. They erase your mind. Sloane's brother, Brady, jumped off a cliff. Her parents will do anything to keep her alive. Even if it means putting her in The Program. Two of her best friends: James and Miller, will do anything to stay out of The Program. So when Miller learns that The Program is coming for him,he takes QuikDeath. Weeks later, Sloane's boyfriend James is taken. After a month or two, James comes back. Except he doesn't remember Sloane. His memory is wiped. Sloane's sadness over James lands her in The Program, and it's her parent's fault. Will she make it out with her memory? Or will she lose it all?
