A lot of twist and turns and a lot of surprises that I didn't even think would happen.

Tafi is my new favourite lover. She writes in a style of her own that reflects the emotions of her characters profoundly well and makes you feel them too. In my one sitting, I've banged my head against the wall, grinned like a chesire cat, dropped my dignity a few times too many, and felt my heart ache a new pain ever turn. This is a very good book in that regard and it raises many questions about morality, heroes, power, indecision, etc. Read it! You'll only be disappointed if you love Adam like I do. And wish Juliette would stop her pity party company herself and not enjoy every physical companionship just because she's never had much. I mean AUGH I UNDERSTAND BUT I DON'T AND WHAT IS THIS. Who would you love more? The boy who loves you because you're a monster and he is too and doesn't let you fly or the boy who loves you as the human you always are but can't remember to be and has the hopes of your dream etched onto his chest? WHO?! If she ends up together with Warner or both of them, I'm done I'm done I'm done

I find myself thinking that Warner (Aaron) would be the better option for her... The ending is one that def sets up for another novel. I really liked the conflicts and the plot twists within the book, and liked the fact that she finally stopped having a pitty-party and saw that she wasn't the only person with a story. Cannot wait for the next book in this series.

This is one of the best books I've ever read, maybe the best. I'm blown away by the writing and the entire subject matter is what I live for. Maybe I like it because I crave writing that is similar to my own (which would be a terrible reason, but there's a reason I write the way I do). There's metaphors and it flows so well. I like the way sometimes the background fades and it's all what she is seeing so clearly. The romance in it is wonderful, but if I hadn't read destroy and read this immediately after Shatter Me (I had to wait a year) and if Warner didn't have green eyes, I would not like him and Juliette together. I need to read more of this other so badly. After J.K. Rowling she is my favourite author.

I like this one better than the first one, or maybe just about the same. I'm so torn between Warner and Adam because Adam can be whiny sometimes and just so corny but Warner is a psychopath. I think secretly, I'm wishing for him to be GOOD inside or to turn good. The thing I like about Juliette is that she's absolutely not perfect, and she's not all good either, you can definitely see she has some evil in her and that's something that we don't get to see often in heroines. But the thing I don't like about her is that she's too whiny as well, and she doesn't learn to embrace it, or control it. All she does is feel guilty all the time, and it's like the boy who cried wolf. Eventually, people are going to stop believing her shame for the things she did. And she tries so hard to be good but that's a naive thought because Warner was right, it's WAR. And she herself realizes the urge to kill when in the moment. So i hate how she pretends like she's still pure and good when she's been through something like that.

After reading Shatter Me, I was like, OMG Warner is soooo crazy! Now I'm like, I think Warner and Juliette should totally be together! I am torn because I like Adam, but now I like Warner more. He has that kind of crazy in love if only you realized you felt this way too feel....
