This was a "meh" sequel. Not a lot happened, which would have been fine, but the characters were sooo boring. The dialogue wasn't deep or interesting, and Asher and Devin were both just 'whatever'. And the ending of this one.....totally predictable what Skye does, I think. And lame. (Because it's pretty much like every other super special girl in any teen book who's conquering the world single-handedly... but that's just my opinion).
A very good sequel!! Didn't have much action, but there were a few twists near the end! This series reminds me of the Fallen series. I don't know which series I like more. I'll have to wait for the 3rd book to come out and then compare again because I didn't like the 3rd book of the Fallen series... I can't decide who I like more: Asher or Devin! Oh, but Ian sounds like a good choice as well! So many guys going for Skye, what a lucky girl!
