Very enjoyable book, IMO. Easy to read as a 'graphic' text (comic book) but much of its materiel is delivering dailyshow style. Meaning approaching satire but having a thicker thread of reality than most lame-stream media. I like reading economic related books but this is one I will actually suggest others read. I know that most can actually finish a book on this topic without being hooked up to a coffee based intravenous.......

I have actually wanted a book like this to come out and I bet I'm not the only one. If you've been trying to figure out what the heck is going on with the economy, this book can help. It clearly explains economic theory in an easy to understand and entertaining way. That sounds impossible but here it is. I don't always agree with the conclusions or the opinions but Goodwin does make clear that some of it is his opinion. And that economic theory is a highly contentious field of study. It's all theory!
