Simply fantastic. Crater, the first book in Homer Hickam's Helium-3 series boasts a beautifully realized world with great characters, plot, and a stunningly fantastic setting. Who knew the Moon could be so awesome?

5/5 Great book.

P.S. Fun fact, the author of this series of books, Homer Hickam, is a Vietnam vet and former NASA Engineer!

You can see both elements of his past life come to life beautifully here with his incredibly well written space age tale that invokes Isaac Asimov greatness.
