In this suspenseful novel, three new girls have come to town, Penn, Lexi and Thea. What is their connection to the dissapearances of young men in their town and their interest in Harper's younger sister Gemma? What will Gemma ultimately choose? This book was hard to put down, but fortunately once I finished, I was able to immediately pick up the sequel Lullaby. Suggested for people interested in Greek mythology or mermaids.

A slow moving book at first, but when it picks up, you can't put it down. Recommended for teens and young adults.

Its a really well written story. I really could feel the sister bond. And I love how Harper has her feet on the ground while Gemma goes with the flow! I loved it. But I'm also a little sad for how it ended. I want to read the next book! Enjoy everyone! I still can't believe the library can take suggestions! I love that! I ordered this book for all of you who are like me who like to read it before buying it!

it was a bit too stale and boring and overworked what with the mermaid/siren thing but not a bad book if you are absolutely desperate.
