You'll believe a boy (robot) can fly. Everything about this is well designed, especially visually. The characters, the production period design, the action, with really cool robots. It's a little later than steam punk, more electromechanical punk, from the 20s-40s perhaps, in some place like central Kansas or the Canadian plains. It's a bit frustrating since it is only vol. 1 but the rest of the series promises to be worth the wait. And while it may be considered a teen book, I think anyone who like graphic novels will enjoy this.
