Has some sexual jokes/themes...definately not for younger kids though. Different from the movie, for sure

I loved Lemonade Mouth! Each character was so well-developed, and the story line was incredibly original. I've heard this book compared to The Breakfast Club, which I love, but the two have little in common besides the 'band of outcasts' factor. The best thing about this story was the fact that everything seemed to be perfect, a happy ending- but it wasn't. Then it was, but not in a fakey, all-is-wonderful way. I can't say any more without spoiling it, but read this book. It will change the way you view life.
